As most of you are aware,we have undertaken an extensive sealant / caulking project to ensure that the exterior of the building is sealed against the elements. Tritan Building Restoration has been chosen by the Board of Directors to perform the work involved.
Weather permitting,Tritan is expected to be on site beginning in early August to set up staging in the courtyard area. The set up will take approximately one week to complete.
Once the work starts,the courtyard will be designated as a work area and will be off limits to all residents until work is complete in this area. Owners who have exclusive use patios on the north side of the courtyard area are also restricted from using their patios while overhead work is in progress. A reminder will be provided when work is scheduled to begin. Owners with exclusive use patios on the south side of the courtyard will be restricted from using their patios beginning in September. Please note that all patios will need to be cleared as completely as possible for this work to be done and to avoid any damages.
Owners of terraces on the north and south exterior building faces will receive separate notification of terrace restrictions well in advance of the start of overhead work. Please note that your terraces will also need to be cleared as completely as possible for this work to be done,as scaffolding and staging mechanisms will need to be installed.
