Recycling Matters
Now that the City charges for garbage,the more you throw down the chute,the higher our fees. Recycling on the other hand is free. That’s right free. There is no cost or limit to the amount of recycling we can put out. Paper,plastic,glass – you don’t have to sort it but you do have to bring it downstairs. And now you can do it in style! We have secured in suite blue boxes for all residents. Available for pick up by late June.
Building Envelope
The board invites all owners to a communications meeting. The objective is to explain the technical and financial aspects of our building’s envelope repair project. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to ask questions and share your concerns.

Gym Upgrades
Our gym will soon be refurbished with new weights,new cardio equipment and improvements to décor. Expect to have everything in place by mid July. Come meet your neighbours as you build strength,stability and stamina!
Window Cleaning
Everything is in place and window cleaning will begin mid June. Please remember that it takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish.
